DELIVERY & ORDER INFORMATION
We endeavour to keep all items listed on the website IN STOCK, if a purchase is made for an item which is out of stock which happens occasionally then you will be notified either by phone or email.
Any out of stock items if possible would be forwarded on at a later date (at no additional cost), otherwise they will be Exchanged for another Item as a replacement or it will be refunded.
Please note when ordering HANDMADE & BESPOKE items such as Handmade Jewellery, Prints or Personalised Cards the ordering/shipping times are stated on the product page and gives their own guidelines as to timescales which will be in addition to the ones set out below.

(usually within 1-3 days Excluding Sunday’s and Bank Holidays)
- POSTAL DELIVERY
- Standard 1st Class Postage Royal Mail (approx 1-5 working days)
- Signed for Delivery Royal Mail (approx 1-3 working days - tracked)
- Next Day Royal Mail (1-2 working days usually next working day - excludes Saturdays and Bank Holidays)
If there is no one at home for your delivery, Royal Mail will usually leave a card with details of where the delivery is or how a new delivery may be arranged and in some circumstances may be have to be collected yourself from your local Royal Mail postal depot or a delivery re-arranged with Royal Mail.
Please note that JOLU is unable to deliver outside of the UK. JOLU will deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we are sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays or English Bank Holidays and we cannot deliver at specific times of day.
To protect our us and our customers from fraudulent credit card use, all orders are subject to security screening and if irregularities are found, the order may not be processed. This may happen for a number of different reasons but we would always alert you if this was the case.
JOLU will accept orders from credit/debit card holders for delivery to an alternative address from the cardholder's address. When sending gifts to its recipient.
Royal Mail said First Class Items can arrive anything between 1-10 Working days.
The majority of items arrive within 1-5 days.
In cases where you believe an Item may be lost we must leave a minimum of 14 working days from the date of despatch before we can consider resending an item or processing a refund. This can be very frustrating for both customers and ourselves as a small business, but we have to allow time for the parcel to get through the system. In most cases the parcel does arrive within the 14 days period.
We understand your frustrations when waiting on deliveries especially when they are for gifts!!! but we have to sympathise that Royal Mail are doing everything they can to keep on working and supporting the postal service during this time especially when staff shortages and restrictions apply which adds can add extra time to your delivery.
